In 2018, French eyecare giant Essilor was flying under the radar in Canada. That’s when Essilor Canada came to the Camden offices, tasking us with a campaign… and an awareness boost.

Essilor sought to lend a Canadian voice to the North American launch of its extended line of lenses for digital screen use. Instead of targeting 18–35 year-olds, the Eyezen line would now be available for children and adults up to 45 years of age.

Smarter lenses


Our first job? Clearly defining a communications strategy for the Eyezen+ product line before helping it soar with festive colours and clever copy. Camden’s fully integrated “smarter lenses” campaign highlighted the benefits of EyezenTM lenses, designed to mitigate the effects of prolonged screen use in a hyper-connected world of eyestrain, migraines, sleep disruption and poor posture.

B2B and POS


Camden produced a wide range of B2B communication tools for eyecare professionals plus a B2C campaign for patients in their waiting rooms. We also developed a comprehensive digital strategy targeting a broader audience, including social media content planning, a contest and a quiz.
