Hoping to build out a franchise, Mon Salade Bar hit on a "build your own" approach to salad that would help them stand out in a market driven by nearly indistinguishable product offerings.
First, we clearly articulated the restaurant's positioning with a strong tagline, Cuisine de choix (Build your own salad), and a fresh, friendly visual identity. We then deployed an unconventional OOH campaign that took Mon Salade Bar off the beaten track, where it could gain a foothold in the industry.
In the end, Mon Salade Bar is the story of tight strategy and bold creative coming together to launch a brand that’s seduced salad fans across the city.
