After a successful campaign for cult-favourite Double Serum, skincare and cosmetics giant Clarins Canada asked us to helm the nationwide launch of its new V Shaping Facial Lift serum, a product specially formulated for Asian women.

Clarins wanted to support the global product launch with a targeted digital campaign.

With a strong presence of Asian customers and cosmetics hot spots like The Bay, Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart, Vancouver’s CF Pacific Centre stood out as the best place for our digital signage campaign. 

Other malls with strong target market potential were geofenced for a mobile marketing campaign aimed at boosting in-store traffic.

A two-pronged Facebook Ads and TrueView (YouTube) contest bolstered Clarins’ CRM while generating online sales through impactful formats that showcased the product.

Shoppers who saw our digital posters spent over 50% longer interacting with mobile banners. And Clarins’ V Shaping Facial Lift became the second-most purchased product in the brand’s online store.
