Launching the Employer Brand of an International Technological Leader

A Mandate Driven by Camden for Creaform

Montreal, November 23, 2023 – Creaform, a world-class leader in 3D measurement technology and 3D engineering services, has entrusted Camden with the mission to assist them in the strategy, definition, and creative development of their employer brand. As a member of the American group AMETEK, which has offices and innovation centres in 13 countries and a workforce of over 600 employees, Creaform is well-established in Quebec with its headquarters located in Lévis.

As an incredibly innovative company, Creaform is redefining the boundaries of 3D measurement. However, this capacity for innovation heavily relies on its talents. The major challenge? Imagining an employer brand that unites diverse multicultural and highly specialized talents. That’s where Camden's proven methodology in employer branding for over a decade came in handy.


This endeavor required thorough research, analysis, and workshops by profession and geographical region across three continents. It also involved an audit and investigation prior to the development of strategy and positioning, and the actual creation of the employer brand platform, including a photoshoot and the production of a manifesto video and a brand toolkit. Camden also supervised the rollout of the new employer brand on social networks.


This process gave rise to the overarching theme "Today's Humans. Tomorrow's Vision." around which the employer brand was positioned. In the creative platform, it translates as "Creaform Yourself," a slogan that embodies action, passion, commitment, and the precious work-life balance, which is whole-heartedly encouraged – and embraced – at Creaform.
