Camden Leads National Offensive for EssilorLuxottica
Montréal, April 25, 2024 – EssilorLuxottica has trusted Camden to promote a new offering to eyecare professionals nationwide: the Kids Complete Pair offer. A first in Canada, this initiative combines Luxottica brand frames with Essilor lenses designed specifically for kids 15 and under. Several exclusive benefits are offered, including substantial discounts on lenses, the opportunity to reorder five frames on a quarterly basis and receive a sixth for free, in addition to free edging and mounting, plus an extended lens warranty.
To enhance the customer experience in-store, Camden has developed a communication concept centered around an imaginative universe featuring a playful character named Lulux, in a fun nod to the brand. This concept was first rolled out as a kit to support eyecare professionals in effectively engaging with young patients.
This kit includes a leaflet of the offer for eyecare professionals, a kids' activity booklet, and a sticker sheet for kids, as well as promotional danglers to be displayed in-store. A life-size silhouette of Lulux has also been produced for future trade shows and events.
This bilingual campaign primarily aims to provide eyecare professionals with a unique market offering in Canada. The goal is to make vision care both fun and engaging for kids while emphasizing the importance of vision and the habit of wearing their new glasses daily.
