When the Insight Becomes the Message

Via Capitale, a major real estate brokerage network, wanted to strengthen its brokers’ sense of belonging while reminding buyers and sellers that it remains their best choice.

After research, workshops, and a full diagnostic, we developed a new creative platform built around a powerful insight: Via Capitale brokers are the ones most frequently recommended. The result: a rhythmic TV spot — a friendly nod to the word-of-mouth that leads people to choose Via Capitale to buy or sell their home — followed by social media extensions and outdoor executions. Results : A campaign selected among the “campaigns of the month” in Le Grenier aux nouvelles, widely praised across the client ecosystem, and a memorable reminder for customers that had an immediate impact on brokers.
