As the European leader in freelancing, with over 100,000 projects completed, Malt operates in a context of rapid growth and continuous transformation. The platform needed to structure and strengthen its employer brand to attract new talent, while uniting its teams around a shared, international vision that is clear and engaging. In short: how can Malt translate its energy, diversity and values into a coherent employer brand that speaks both to future hires and to the teams already in place?
Camden supported Malt from strategic analysis through to the operational rollout of its employer brand. The work began with an in-depth research phase: interviews with leadership teams, collaborative workshops, analysis of labor-market trends, and a study of talent expectations across Europe. Based on this foundation, the agency designed a clear and structuring employer-brand platform, defining Malt’s positioning, cultural pillars and key employer messages. This thinking was formalized in a dedicated brand book, conceived as a reference tool to align all internal and external communications. Camden then brought this territory to life through editorial, visual and illustrated content highlighting teams, career paths and Malt’s collaborative culture. All assets were designed to be activated across recruitment tools, digital channels and internal communications, with a strong focus on consistency and long-term relevance. Result: A unifying employer brand aligned with Malt’s international ambitions. A solid strategic and creative foundation that supports recruitment, onboarding and team engagement, while strengthening Malt’s attractiveness in a highly competitive labor market.
