Returning to the roots of an iconic brand to connect with a new generation of cyclists

A French manufacturer of bicycles and pedals, LOOK Cycle is an iconic cycling brand, known for its sporting heritage and its Mondrian logo. Long positioned around highly technical expertise, the brand needed to broaden its narrative to better resonate with an increasingly diverse range of cyclists.

Following a consumer audit conducted in Japan, Europe and North America, Camden supported LOOK Cycle in redefining its brand strategy. The agency designed a new platform aimed at reaffirming the brand’s French identity and historic craftsmanship, while clarifying its positioning and product messaging. This work resulted in the definition of guidelines, territories of expression and target profiles, laying the foundations for a clearer, more desirable brand that is better connected to its market. Results: A brand platform refocused on what truly matters, enhancing LOOK Cycle’s heritage while enabling the brand to reconnect strongly with a broader audience, both in France and internationally.
