When Solidarity Rhymes with Strategy

Identités Mutuelle entrusted Camden with the mandate to strengthen its digital awareness among young urban families. The challenge: design an authentic campaign centered on solidarity, capable of existing at a national scale despite a limited media budget.

We launched a digital solidarity campaign by supporting Les Frigos Solidaires, a promising citizen initiative. With no paid advertising, we modernized Identités Mutuelle’s image and activated an influencer strategy led by Baptiste Lorber and Natoo, generating 2 million views in 24 hours. A web series and a partnership with HelloAsso transformed enthusiasm into concrete engagement: each restaurant owner was able to create a fundraiser and finance their fridge. Result: 2 million Twitter reach, €0 media spend, and an AG2R sailboat renamed Les Frigos Solidaires. Real solidarity.
