The role

By joining Camden as an Account Manager, you will thrive within the advisory services team and work in close collaboration with management as well as our creative team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our various offices in Toronto, Lyon, Paris, and Hong Kong, and soon elsewhere. You will also collaborate with diverse clients on a wide range of projects. Nothing boring.

What you will do
  • Analyze and contextualize assigned mandates based on their business objectives and strategic and communication challenges, in order to effectively advise and guide clients

  • Contribute to the identification of needs and to production

  • Identify the experts and resources required for optimal execution of mandates

  • Collaborate with clients as well as internal teams (artistic director, graphic designers, copywriters, etc.) 

  • Ensure the daily implementation of projects

  • Verify and validate the content of materials presented to clients 

  • Prepare work schedules and participate in project budget planning 

  • Prepare and write presentation, proposal, and briefing documents

  • Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and deadlines

  • Maximize mandate profitability as well as product quality

  • Foster healthy, transparent, and lasting client relationships

What You Bring


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising campaign management

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or any other relevant field

  • Sharp sense of organization and a structured mind

  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media in Quebec and Canada 

  • Ability to participate in the development of media strategies and media plans

  • Good drafting skills

  • Knowledge of project management processes and tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent stress management

  • Ability to integrate agency processes and technology tools

  • Thoroughly positive and constructive attitude

  • Excellent ability for simplification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Autonomy, curiosity, and a demonstrated passion for technology

  • Seeking stability and a long-term career path

  • Bilingualism in spoken and written language (truly essential)
