The project begins with an in-depth research phase: interviews with management, collaborative workshops, labor market trend analysis, and research on European talent expectations. Based on this, the team develops a clear and structured employer brand platform, defining Malt's position as an employer, cultural pillars, and core messages, and creates a dedicated employer brand manual as a reference tool for aligning internal and external communications. Subsequently, Camden visually materializes this brand territory through text, visuals, and illustration materials, highlighting the team, career paths, and Malt's unique collaborative culture. All content can be flexibly applied to recruitment tools, digital channels, and internal communications, ensuring long-term consistency and sustainability. Result: A cohesive employer brand that is highly aligned with Malt's international development goals. A solid strategic and creative foundation effectively supports recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement, while continuously enhancing Malt's appeal in a highly competitive talent market.
